• Water only. But you can use the Bravva jet cleaning solution.

• I used a cleaning solution that I purchased along with the IRobot Braava Mop Jet. It cleaned my floor wonderfully.

• Yes you can. They have braava cleaning solutions, you need 2 cups for braava 240. I suggest that you look for replacement and the cleaning solution at amazon. They have better prices and rewashable.
