“I used this product to sweep/ What pads and cleaner do I use with this product and how? Where does the cleaner and pad go. It was a present and I had to purchase fluid and pads and fear I got wrong ones Jane”

Hello Jane, There is no cleaning solution needed for the Braava jet 240; it is a water-only system and the cleaning solution is already built into the wet and damp pads. The robot automatically detects the type of pad you put on and will clean based on what you select. You simply slide the pad onto the bottom of the robot and it locks in place. Blue pads are for wet mopping: the robot will spray a full stream of water and do a 3-pass pattern to clean. Orange pads are for damp mopping: you’ll get a lighter spray and the robot will use a 1-pass pattern. White pads are for dry sweeping: no water is dispensed and the robot makes 1 pass. If you lift the handle you will see the water reservoir and you can fill that with standard tap water. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are 3 different types of pads a mop, moist & sweeping pad. The pads come in dry and the machine sprays the liquid out to wet the pad. The mopping solution is sold separately or you can use water also!
