Yes, we use it on our luxury vinyl plank flooring. Works well

You can chose which pad to use to dry, damp, or wet mop the floor. Vinyl floors can be mopped, therefore it would work. I use the Braava 250 in the bathrooms and the M6 in the main hard floor areas.
