“I have a split level house, will this sense stairs and stop and go another direction? Not wanting this to take a tumble down the stairs and break.”

My roomba continuously goes over the edge of the stairs and gets stuck. Roomba doesn’t have any support call centre open right now either.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t have any stairs in my home, but it will alert my phone when it gets “stuck” near a ledge... usually meaning it got lodged under a cabinet. So I would assume if any of the sensors or wheels come to close to a ledge it automatically stops.
