• I clean mine at least 3 times a week. But I use it every day and have a 5,000 sq ft home with a cat. An additional filter is included, they are washable and reusable.

• Every 2 months I believe, depending on use. Mine gets used a lot. You can buy replacement filters at Best Buy.
