Hi I recommended you to delete the app and install it again and follow the instructions. I did and was really easy and quick.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! I don’t think i got those messages but did have to go back to re-do the setup. Just make sure your phone, roomba and Alexa (if you have it) are all under the same wifi network and the same account (login information). Make sure you do it when your network is running on a strong signal (i’d say after office/school hours) and it should be faster & easier. Good luck!
