• Unfortunately thick/long pile carpet is not recommended for any Roomba or any robot vacuum for that matter. Any carpet longer than 1/2 inch your Roomba will struggle with. It might be able to navigate it ok sometimes but don’t be surprised if it Errors Out, and the “rollers get stuck”

• From my observations depending on the material of the rug it will eat the corners of the rug and not work properly
