I have mostly carpet and some vinyl flooring, and it worked great had no problem adjusting to my carpet, which is rather high pile.

Please try again later.I just have a concrete painted floor but also some outdoor carpet runner near three doors and also on floor in front of kitchen sink and regular rugs in bathroom and it does just fine. Previous purchase was the 600 series and after some time would indicate its on a cliff and not able to proceed unless moved when approaching a different surface. This one doesn't do that but only been about 2 weeks running so far.
