“I have short pile carpeting with a large tile entryway and tiled kitchen & dining areas. In addition, I have a few small (2x4) short pile throw rugs on both carpeted and tiled areas. Would this Roomba be able to navigate or work with the throw rugs?”

My i7+ has no problem with my short pile area rug in the living room, and some other throw rugs on hardwood and tile. My guess is that it will do fine, but may push the small rugs on tile around a bit in the process of climbing onto them. My kitchen rug is quite light and it can wrinkle the edge a bit sometimes, but it doesn’t bother me. If your rugs are heavy and/or have rubber backing they will likely stay put.
