Yes. I use mine every day with a smart phone for business and all other calls. Plug in ,dial up an unused FM channel, your set to go. My only issue Is you need to adjust the volume between normal stations and the channel you use for the bluetooth. Great little mike is attached .

Yes, you will be able to connect to this device with Bluetooth and stream your music as well as, make calls over a FM station on your vehicles radio.

This device is the bluetooth connection, perfect for your car. If your radio works, this will work. You pair this to your smartphone.

Yes. My car is an older car and still has a cassette tape part of the radio. You use an empty station to play the music through. As long as you pair it to a smart phone and have a working radio it should work just fine

Currently using it with a vehicle without Bluetooth and an iPhone 13 that has no aux port.
