- Answer This is a bluetooth cassette adapter. It only works if inserted into an existing cassette player. There are other bluetooth handsfree devices that might solve your problem that connect through your aux jack if you have one.

- Answer This will work with a bluetooth device like a phone. A flash drive wouldn't work with this technology.

- Answer Yes you can also. Listen to the music on your phone through your car’s speaker system. It has the same functionality as if you were using Bluetooth.
