“Will this device allow my old school iPod to play thru my Bluetooth speakers? It does not have Bluetooth. Looking for device to adapt to it to play my music on. Appreciate any help.”

• No. This device is a receiver. It does not output from a device. If your device has Bluetooth, then you can use this. The blujax adapter is meant to plug into an AUX port. Not a headphone jack. It sounds like you just need an AUX cable. Hope that helps

• If the device you are using supports Bluetooth, you should be fine with this device. I don't think the early iPods supported BT but I could be wrong.

• Other way around. The unit is a receiver and not a transmitter. Will not work for your intended purpose. Look for a Bluetooth transmitter or a unit that will do both directions.
