“We have 2 iPhone 5s one works great but the other will not connect to it is there something I can do?”

• If your trying to connect to both at the same time then no it will not work, only one device can pair at time. but if one is trying to connect and can not, then it is your bluetooth on the phone.

• Make sure the other iphone is disconnected, and then click the button on the BlueJax controller. The iphone should find it.
