This all depends on what is available in your area. FCC regulations require stations to be at least .3 Mhz away from each other. The app you download allows you to select any frequency in the FM rage in .1 Mhz increments. Find a frequency in your area with the least amount of noise, interference, etc. Just about any station will do unless it's a really strong one. The TranzIt shuts off the input from your cars antenna when it's powered on so in most cases you will not pick up whatever is broadcasting on the frequency you choose.
