• Uses bags. Top of bag slides over top edge of can, then uses a frame to hold bag in place. Very easy to replace bag.

• No I steer can. It uses bags, there is an extra piece that goes over the bag to keep it in place.

• Hi, the unit does not have a inner bin or bags. You install your own trash bag into the can body.
