Tested and it unfortunately did not work with Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16 (DTHW1621)

Because it appears the Wacom Mobile Studio Pro supports Thunderbolt 3, yes, the JUP2290 should work for you. Depending on the power requirement for your Wacom, we recommend using the original manufacturer power adapter to charge the tablet.
