The JVAW62 Transmitter works off a feature called "DisplayPort Alt Mode" for video out through a USB-C equipped device but must support that feature for the device to work. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. The JVAW76 works with a Laptop, Tablet and Smartphone devices. Does not require "DisplayPort Alt Mode".
