“I have a Samsung A32 5G with Smart View. I had the Iogear adapter similar to this which allowed me to mirror Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc but the wire broke. Will this support those apps?”

Yes, everything you do on your device will mirror it on an additional display.
