• The USB 3.0 7-Port HUB requires an available USB Type-A port (USB 3.0 is recommended). If the Surface Pro 6 supports a USB-A connection, the USB Hub will work fine with that device. Thank you.

• I imagine so, with the usb port. Keep in mind that you need to plug the hub in with a regular plug as well.
