How do I open the plug to plug into electricity? null

This is designed to plug into a USB port, not an electrical outlet.

The USB 3.0 Micro-B connects to the USB 3.0 7-Port HUB and Type-A end connects to a computer. The Power Adapter 5V/4A barrel end connects to the Hub and the other end (should be able to flip up the 2 prongs) connects to an wall outlet.
