Windows may still be prioritizing the old adapter's driver configuration. Go to Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager). Under Network Adapters, look for the new JUE130 adapters. If you see a yellow warning triangle, right-click and select Update Driver. Try Uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the latest version from j5create’s website. Some USB ports may not provide enough power, especially if multiple adapters are connected. Try connecting the adapters to different USB ports. If using a USB hub, ensure it is a powered hub. Check Windows Power Management: Open Device Manager → Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers. Right-click each USB Root Hub → Select Properties. Go to the Power Management tab and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
