Will it work for a hisense android TV null

What ever it is you have to be able to down load a driver to use it . So is it a smart tv .

No, the Ethernet Adapter is intended to work to a computer via USB-A and run an Ethernet cable to a modem or router. Will not work for a Hisense TV.
