• The Ethernet Adapter is intended to connect to a computer and an Ethernet cable to a modem or router for a direct access over Wi Fi. Will not work towards a TV. unfortunately.

• More information needed. If TV has the correct connections, then yes it will work connecting to TV. What you want it to do is another question. So can't really answer this any better.
