“Suddenly my printer which is NOT wifi won't work on USB. I plugged ethernet directly from printer to computer and it works. I really would like to use the usb to ethernet so I don't use my only ethernet plug in on my computer”

• Buy this item if you have not done so already. I had a bigger problem running a mining rig and this little item helped me correct the issue. Yes it will free up your port for other use

• The Ethernet Adapter connects to a computer and an Ethernet cable to a router or modem. Will not work if you are trying to connect the Adapter to a printer.
