• I am using the j5create connected to my USB to plug 2 monitors. I am using a Dell laptop, but I would assume the Pavilion should behave the same way.

• This device will work with your HP Pavilion 23. All you will need to do is to download and install the driver from the j5create website, and then plug the device into your USB Port on your computer. Then connect a HDMI cable from the device to your monitor.
