• As soon as plug in it works. We have all in one desktop. We plug 2 monitor with this adapter. And works perfect. You able to use like 2 desktop on 2 monitor. Works good.

• Yes, the USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Adapter will give you (2) additional displays. Just download and install the required drivers for this Adapter. If the computer has network access and administrative rights, Windows can automatically install the driver when the device is plugged in. If it's a Mac computer, please go the j5create website and drivers are located under the Support tab. In your display setting, select "Extend these displays".
