• We do not recommend using a USB-C extension cable to the USB-C Multi Adapter. We cannot guarantee it will work with the j5create device. The adapter is a Plug n Play, which uses a computers hardware to function. Computers must support DisplayPort Mode and Power Delivery over USB-C. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.
