Depending which Gen the Lenovo Think pad T14 is, it's possible it may support "1 x USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 (DisplayPort, Data Transfer, Power Delivery)" or "1 x USB-C (DisplayPort, Data Transfer, Power Delivery)" or 1 x USB-C (Data Transfer) only. The USB-C Multi-Adapter is supported by DisplayPort and Power Delivery features and without those supported by a computer USB-C port, the Adapter will not function.
