“Does this come with a cord that delivers power to the hub? There's lots of fanfare about how it delivers power to the device but I can't tell if it comes with a charger and the what's included does not list a cord.”

You can see it has a cord that plugs into the computer but the male plug into the computer is smaller than standard USB. No charger, that comes via the computer after you plug it in.
