That will depend if the Samsung Note 20 supports DeX Mode. Connect the video cable to your phone and TV. On your phone open Settings, then select Connections. From Connections, select More connection settings. From here, select HDMI mode. You should see Samsung DeX. Samsung Dex will allow for you to use your Samsung device similarly to a desktop or laptop computer. Or if you would like to simply mirror your device's display onto the external display, you can change to Screen Mirroring Mode.
