• That will depend if the Samsung Note 20 supports DeX Mode. Connect the video cable to your phone and TV. On your phone open Settings, then select Connections​. From Connections, select More connection settings. From here, select HDMI mode​​. You should see Samsung DeX. Samsung Dex will allow for you to use your Samsung device similarly to a desktop or laptop computer. Or if you would like to simply mirror your device's display onto the external display, you can change to Screen Mirroring Mode.
