Will this work with an iPad Air? null

It worked with the iPad Air 4 (which has the USB-C output) and supports both screen mirroring and dedicated video output for the apps that supports it (Apple TV App, Netflix, Disney+, etc.). YouTube only works with screen mirroring though.

The iPad Air 10.9, must support DisplayPort Mode and Power Delivery to be able to use the JCA379. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device.
