“What would cause the driver to suddenly stop displaying the second monitor connected to extra HDMI port? Driver was installed 3 weeks ago and 2nd monitor was displaying but now it's not.”

• Check your settings and make sure you have your monitors labeled #2 and #3 and they are both setup to show.
