“I cannot seem to get either a second HDMI or VGA monitor to work with MacOS Catalina. Is this a know problem and if so does anyone know when it will be fixed? I bought a JCD543 docking station.”

I have had this same problem. First off make sure both hdmis are connected at once. If only one monitor is outputting video disconnect that monitor from the dock. Wait for the docking station to output video to the only connected hdmi and then reconnect the other hdmi. Now it should output video to both. This happened to me and this is how i solved it.
