I have had this same problem. First off make sure both hdmis are connected at once. If only one monitor is outputting video disconnect that monitor from the dock. Wait for the docking station to output video to the only connected hdmi and then reconnect the other hdmi. Now it should output video to both. This happened to me and this is how i solved it.
