• j5create.com, select Support > Downloads/Drivers > locate a box that states "type your model number here" (JCD543). Select your OS platform.

• There are no drivers for the doc, just the standard ones for the monitor you have. I had to go into windows setup to config the monitors (I have my laptop screen + 2 external monitors so 3 total). I needed to add a power supply to get the second HDMI to work, but it has a 10 ft cord as it is mounted on a wall.
