“Im trying to extend 2 ext monitors…So far I’ve been able to go hdmi to hdmi on my 1st monitor…Im going hdmi on my 2nd monitor to the J5 DisplayPort and I’m getting no signal at all…Anybody know why? I’m using an insignia hdmi to DP 4K cable”

Make sure the input on the monitor is set correctly. You may also want to test with a DP to DP cable. Please verify that your computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB Type-C, since the HDMI or DP ports are Plug n Play. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is happening to me too. It seems fine for one monitor, but I cannot get it to allow me to connect 2 using HDMI to HDMI on both. So aggravating. Have you figured out something that works for you?
