Ensure your Lenovo laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode). Without this, the dock will not output video correctly via HDMI/DP. If not already done, install the required drivers. Drivers are available from the j5create's support page. Connect each monitor one at a time to ensure all ports on the dock and monitors are functional. Available display combinations: HDMI + VGA + DisplayPort HDMI + VGA + HDMI Note: 1 HDMI/DisplayPort combo port supports either HDMI or DisplayPort, but not both simultaneously.
