“I am using the VGA port and the Display port (not HDMI). The monitor that is plugged into the Display port is not working. Only the monitor that is plugged into the VGA port.”

Computers must support "DisplayPort Mode" for video out when it comes to PnP video ports. The HDMI next to the VGA will also work since those require an installation of a driver. Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.
