• No, it doesn't. I have to plug the HDMI directly to my PC

• Unfortunately, we have not tested our Dock on a Ultra wide screen with 5120 x 1440 res. It may support wide screen but at a lower resolution (3440 x 1440 or 2560 x 1440).
