• I have the same problem. Why would j5create make the cord so short AND non-detachable as well as non-extendable? It does not fit comfortably alongside a laptop in a small setting. And only works when plugged in directly.

• Unfortunately, we do not recommend connecting an additional extension cable or adapter to the JCD543 host connection (USB-C). You may run into signal degradation and cannot guarantee full functionality.
