“I have this dock hooked up to 3 acer monitors. 2 via HDMI and 1 with VGA. My computer will only detect 1 screen. What am I doing wrong? My colleagues are using a similar setup and everything works with theirs”

You probably have a hardware compatibility issue. Make sure you have the current driver and firmware installed. If it still doesn't work, verify that your video card and drivers are compatible. Some older computers don't support this docking station.
