Yes, if you have the ThinkPad T14 Gen 2, Gen 3, or Gen 4, those models support "2 x USB-C Thunderbolt 4 (Power Delivery, Data Transfer, DisplayPort)". The Dock will also require an installation of a driver for the VGA, Mic and stand alone HDMI port. Drivers are available on j5create website under the Support tab.
