just purchased the J5Create JCD543 docking station. it does not detect my monitors. keyboard and mouse are fine. what am i doing wrong? null

Probably nothing it just doesn't does work well. I had the same problem I just when back to my older setup. I wanted to do 2 monitors and it just would open them both at the same time.

The JCD543 requires a software to be installed in order to function properly.
