“Is there an adapter to convert the USB-C to either USB 3 or HDMI and still get two additional monitor to work? USB-C tends to where out when you unplug it often and my laptops only have one USB-C don't want to wear it out. I would prefer a USB-C to USB 3”

I think you need this...
