“So I purchased this 13-in-1 so i could incorporate two 24 inch lg monitors I had also just purchased. I have HDMI cables from the monitors to the docking station HDMI ports. Only 1 monitor worked. I have the Acer 315 Chromebook with USBC connection. Help”

The HDMI or DP are PnP ports that require DisplayPort Alt Mode. However, the VGA and stand alone HDMI port requires an installation of a driver. Unfortunately, drivers are only available for Windows and Mac platforms, will not work on a ChromeOS. Sincerely, j5create.

J5 Create support does not answer their phones, I tried 8 times in 3 day; always a busy signal. You have to chat, and I knew more about electronics than one of the support techs did. I hope you have better luck than I had.
