“I have a laptop and two monitors. I only show laptop top and one monitor identified. How do I get the third one detected?”

• I had to add a power supply to the doc for my second monitor to work, the J5 one is $50. I also had to go into Windows setup to config the display properties.

• If your computer doesn't supports PnP such as HDMI or DP ports, since those are driver free, unfortunately, you will not be able to use those video ports. The HDMI/VGA are driver base and will work with your laptop. To further troubleshoot with you, please contact our representative and they'll be able to assist you with the Dock. Thank you.
