• The USB-C Triple Display Docking Station is not compatible with game consoles like the PS4, PS5, or Xbox consoles for display output. The USB-C port on consoles is not designed for video output, it's typically used for power or data (like charging controllers or accessories), not for transmitting video signals. The JCD543 requires DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C and an installation of a driver, which consoles do not support. HDMI input is not supported on the dock, meaning it cannot receive a signal from your console and send it to a display. If your goal is recording/streaming, use an HDMI capture card (such as the j5create JVA02 or JVA14).
