• Yes, All displays must be set at the same resolution. Duplicate the displays in windows 10 and extend them, too.

• I was only ever able to get one external monitor working with the dock with either Displayport or HDMI, but as far as getting three monitors, I think the name of the product is implying your laptop is the third monitor. There are three plugs for monitors, but I think two of them are linked, so you can either plug in a Displayport or an HDMI, but not use both.

• Yes, the JCD543 can provide 3 external monitors as long as the computer being used supports Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C with Display Out.
