“I have my j5 dock plugged into 2 monitors using hdmi connection, but only my laptop screen and 1 monitor works, the other does not? I have downloaded the latest driver. Thanks”

Not sure which laptop you’re using but if it is Macbook…some of them will only support 1 external monitor.
