You can try updating the drivers from the J5 website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HDMI port under the word "OR" requires "DisplayPort Mode" for video out that must be supported through the compute's USB-C port. The other HDMI requires an installation of a driver to function properly. Plug your headphones into a USB port.
