No, they do not have separate volume controls. You can connect to a smart TV if the TV has Bluetooth connectivity. Check the settings menu of your TV to see if there is an option to connect Bluetooth devices.

Each Elite 10 earbud has a volume control function--the left earbud lowers the volume, and the right earbud raises it. We optimized the Jabra Elite 10 for Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and Windows computers when paired using Microsoft Swift Pair. While some of our users can use their Jabra Elite 10 with their smart TVs, this is not a functionality we can guarantee.
